To everything there is a season āļøšāļøš·, and the fall has arrived!
In farming, autumn represents a time of gathering what was planted. Harvesting is the most labor intensive venture of the growing season because it is here we have to actively reap (cut) and collect what has ripened for use. Our last womb journey served as preparation for this season as we became more informed of the importance of our reproductive health (and yes, as we learned reproductive health is significant both during and after your childbearing years). Now itās time for action! ššš Our autumn womb journey is a 3 part series that will cover fertility, menstrual cycle (moon cycle), and uterine strength. A healthy womb is vital to every women regardless what season of life we are in. Uterine (endometrial), ovarian and cervical cancers affect women, on an average, from ages 20 to 65. The information we will discuss throughout this journey may reduce the chances of these diseases, balance our hormonal levels, increase fertility, and tone our wombs all while benefiting our overall health. Iām glad youāre joining me on this walk š¤. Let's get to work!
